Airways Freight Corporation provides the following services:

PRE-SHOW LIAISON

       • Show Participation planning - Pre show contact (3-4 months prior
         to show) with exhibitors to establish their participation and needs
       • Full Documentation - precise instructions given for exact
         documentation requirements
       • Case Marking - clear labeling as per On-Site Agents instructions
       • PRE-Pricing - provide quotations to clients for budgeting purposes
       • Marking - clear labeling as per On-Site Agents instructions
       • Clear Delivery Instructions - to ensure timely delivery to stand
       • Additional Information - exhibitors to be made aware of any
          regulations imposed by host country etc.
       • Insurance - ensure Exhibitor has adequate cover and is aware of our
          limitation in liability

DOCUMENTATION & SITE AGENT PRE-NOTIFICATION

       • Pre-Notification - sent to the Site Agent at the time of shipment
         name of exhibition, stand no. etc.as peron-Site agents requirements
       • Oversize Shipments Special Handling Requirements - pre-advise Site
         Agent in good time as per Site Agent’s requirements.
       • Documents - invoices/packing lists etc. for sea, air, road, rail freight
         sent by data trans mission

SITE SUPPORT

       • Arrivals Alert follow up – to confirm timely arrival of freight
       • Customs Clearance – Arrange customs clearance for temporary or
         permanent importation, posting of bonds
       • Traffic handling – Follow up with Airlines ,Ocean Carriers to assure
          timely turnover of cargo and dispatch to show site
       • Equipment Planning – pre-schedule required equipment for cargo
          handling
       • Site Labor, -Storage,- Empties facilitation – liaise with Show
         Contractor (note: in the US the physical handling of cargo at
         exhibitions is exclusively handled by unionized Show Handling
         Contractors- not freight forwarders and all exhibitors/forwarders
         have to abide by that)
       • Exhibitor Visits – follow up with exhibitors on a personal level and
         obtain re-shipping instructions

POST SHOW DISPOSAL / RETURN SHIPMENTS

       • Return Shipments - full instructions on consignment and Customs
         Brokerage will be given
       • Site Charges - borne by Export Agent and included in the total debit 
         to his client
       • Duty Payment - will arrange for all local duties and taxes 
         to be paid on any goods consumed or converted to definite import
       • Payment Terms - in accordance with Airways Freight Corp. terms and
         Conditions
       • Account Queries - in accordance with contractual terms and Airways
         Freight Corp. terms and Conditions
       • Freight Charges - all freight shipped on pre-paid basis and billed to
         export agent
